[Description]: The AusNet logo appears.

[Voiceover]: Enter your email and password to log into the portal.

[Description]: A webpage displays the AusNet Customer portal with a welcome message and options for solar applications.

[Voiceover]: Click on the first tile to create a solar pre-approval application.

[Description]: A solar pre-approval is clicked and a form begins to load.

[Voiceover]: This will take you to a few options. Select the size of your installation.

[Description]: Four options for solar applications are shown.

[Voiceover]: In most cases, this will be the first tile for zero to 30 kilowatts.

[Description]: A ‘0 - 30kW’ option is clicked.

[Voiceover]: Scroll down to the bottom of the page, acknowledge and start the application.

[Description]: An ‘Acknowledge and start application’ button is clicked.

[Voiceover]: Enter the NMI meter number and click on validate.

[Description]: A NMI and meter number are entered and a ‘Validate details’ button is clicked. 

[Voiceover]: Then click next.

[Description]: A ‘Next’ button is clicked.

Voiceover]: Click on the solar option and enter the solar inverter capacity.

[Description]: Installation details appear, showing application information. A ‘solar’ option is selected and inverter details are entered.

[Voiceover]: Click yes to confirm the installation is SOP 33 06 compliant.

[Description]: A ‘Yes’ button is clicked.

[Voiceover]: Then click next.

[Description]: A ‘Next’ button is clicked.

[Voiceover]: Enter your details and accept the terms and conditions.

[Description]: Applicant details are entered and terms and conditions are accepted.

[Voiceover]: Then click next. Read the offer.

[Description]: A ‘Next’ button is clicked.

[Voiceover]: Read the offer.

[Description]: A confirmation page contains application details.

[Voiceover]: Confirm and accept the offer.

[Description]: Multiple boxes are ticked to confirm information and an ‘Accept offer’ button is clicked.
